2. Website visits and server data
You can visit this website without giving us your name or contact details. When you access the website, technical data necessary to provide it is processed. This may include your IP address, the date and time of access, the requested page or file, browser type and version, operating system and the page previously visited.
This processing allows us to deliver content, maintain the functionality and security of the website, and identify technical errors or misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of our website.
Technical service providers for hosting and email processing may process the data necessary for their services on our behalf. Access data is stored only for as long as required for the relevant technical purpose or to investigate a security incident.
3. Contact and project enquiries
If you contact us using the contact form, by email or by telephone, we process the information you provide to handle and respond to your enquiry. The form collects your name, email address, message and, if provided, your organisation. Providing your organisation is optional. Without the required contact details and information about your enquiry, we cannot process a form submission.
Form data is sent to our company by email. Where processing relates to steps prior to entering into a contract or to an existing contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. For other enquiries, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR; our legitimate interest is handling communications addressed to us. Where you give consent, Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR also applies.
You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future, for example by sending a message to info@products.design. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it. Statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.
Data transmission over the internet may have security vulnerabilities. You can also contact us by telephone.
4. Cookies, fonts and 3D rendering
The website itself does not set analytics or marketing cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or social media tracking services. Colour selection and image transitions do not create personal user profiles; your selection is not stored permanently in your browser.
Fonts, images, JavaScript libraries and the 3D model are loaded from this website’s server. The 3D view is prepared automatically when the page loads and is rendered in your browser. No connection is made to an external 3D service or font provider.
External websites are accessible only through links. If you follow a link, your visit to the other website is governed by its privacy notice.
5. Retention and deletion
We process and store personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the relevant purpose or to meet statutory retention obligations. Enquiries are deleted once they have been fully handled, unless the data is needed for further collaboration, to fulfil legal obligations, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Where statutory retention obligations apply, processing is based on Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.
6. Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you have the following rights in particular:
- Access to information about the processing of your personal data and a copy of that data (Article 15 GDPR).
- Rectification of inaccurate data and completion of incomplete data (Article 16 GDPR).
- Erasure of your data where no legal grounds prevent it (Article 17 GDPR).
- Restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR).
- Data portability where processing is based on consent or a contract and is carried out by automated means (Article 20 GDPR).
- Withdrawal of consent with effect for the future (Article 7(3) GDPR).
Right to object: Where processing is based on Article 6(1)(e) or (f) of the GDPR, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then stop processing the data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds or the processing is necessary for legal claims. You may object to processing for direct marketing at any time without giving such grounds (Article 21 GDPR).
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement (Article 77 GDPR).
7. Automated decisions
We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not carry out profiling.
8. Date and basis of this notice
